Publications Specialist - 12 Month Contract

Reports To : Marketing & Communications Team Lead

Hours: Full Time: Monday – Friday 8:30 – 5:00 (occasional evenings and weekends)

Location: Acton, ON. Hybrid work setting – 4 days in Office and 1 day working from home.

Supports the preparation and coordination of Purity Life’s promotional publications, ensuring accurate and timely management of product information and data updates. This role involves collaborating with internal teams across departments to maintain consistency and accuracy across retailer communications, while also providing support for email marketing, promotional initiatives, and other marketing activities.Note: This is a temporary role contract covering an employee on leave. A 2-week notice period can be provided by either party if / when the employee returns.

However, the 12 Month contract may be extended if required.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate the production of monthly Catalogue, Specials and Recent Listings Publications
- Organize monthly pricing, deals, and case stack data for publications through Microsoft Excel




- Communicate with Category Management and Finance Teams to ensure accurate information is being distributed to Retailers
- Work alongside existing Publications Specialists to ensure consistency and continuity of Grocery Publications
- Assist in data management throughout the integration process of the Grocery Division
- Assist in Email Marketing for the Marketing & Promotions Specialist
- Communication of Clearence files to Retailers through email marketing
- Assist in coordination of tradeshow marketing, planning, and execution
- Additional duties as assigned

Skills & Requirements

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Bachelor’s degree / College Diploma in Marketing Administration, Digital Marketing
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Experience in copy writing
- Experience with Monday.com or similar project management platform
- Familiarity with Natural Health products and related Purity Life distributed brands
