A fulfilling teaching opportunity is available at our public school in Weagamow Lake, Ontario, for a qualified Secondary School Teacher ready to inspire students in a close-knit northern community.

The successful candidate will deliver meaningful lessons, encourage academic achievement and help students strengthen the knowledge, confidence and life skills needed for their future.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare curriculum-based lesson materials

Deliver lectures and classroom discussions

Assign and evaluate homework

Administer and grade tests

Communicate with parents and school officials

Participate in staff meetings and training

Requirements

College or CEGEP education





Provincial or territorial teaching certificate

Effective written and verbal communication

Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

Permanent full-time position
