In this position, your primary responsibility will focus on submittal coordination between various project stakeholders and the Client. You will ensure compliance with timelines and project requirements while addressing and minimizing risks related to submittal delays. Your organizational skills will facilitate partnerships and interactions with teams to tackle project challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate collaboration between Project Delivery and stakeholders
• Execute and track submittal strategies aligned with the Project Agreement




• Document submittal activities accurately
• Analyze subcontractor comments to ensure compliance
• Develop correspondence and reports regarding submittal matters

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• 2-4 years of related coordination experience
• Knowledge of project management principles preferred
• Proficient in Aconex and Microsoft Office Suite
• Solid communication skills are essential
