## Highway Maintenance Plow OperatorApply: CA.NB.St-Leonard.30 Rue Industrielle: Part time: Posted Today: R-164219### **Job Description**## OverviewBrun-Way Highways Operations Inc. is seeking qualified individuals for the position of **Winter Maintenance Plow Operator (Temporary)**.This position is responsible for operating snow removal equipment and performing highway maintenance activities to ensure safe road conditions during winter operations.This role will be based in **St-Léonard, NB**.**Compensation:** Hourly wage plus a **$1,000 monthly winter bonus**.## ## **Your Role*** Operate snow plow and material spreader trucks.* Perform snow and ice control activities including plowing and salting.* Complete vehicle inspections and basic equipment maintenance.* Perform general highway maintenance duties as required.* Complete daily work records and reports.* Work rotating shifts during Winter Operations.* Overtime and on-call work may be required during winter weather events.**About You*** Minimum 2 years of related experience preferred.* Experience operating heavy equipment is preferred.* General knowledge of highway maintenance operations is an asset.* Valid Class 3 driver's licence.* Clean driver's abstract.* Able to work safely in all weather conditions.* Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.* Robust commitment to safety and teamwork.## **Rewards & benefits**Explore the rewards and benefits that help you thrive – at every stage of your life and your career at AtkinsRéalis in Canada.Enjoy competitive compensation, employee recognition,
