Reports to: Production Supervisor and Manager at Mucci Pac Ltd.
Based at: Mucci Farms, Kingsville, ON (various locations under the Mucci Farms name)

Type of Employment: Full time, permanent, 6-days a week, steady day or afternoon shift or rotating shifts (days and afternoons), and potentially extended hours depending on workload and priorities; which could include possible Sunday shifts (unless stipulated otherwise in offer of employment).
Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Grade, sort and package produce (cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers and eggplant) per customer specifications
Assemble, line and pad cartons and containers per customer specifications
Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products to ensure that packing specifications are met
Record time studies of completed jobs by the Repack team
May enter data into the Famous system and record on the paper accurately
Verified the allocation after the input come to the line
Tag the output and clean up the paperwork properly
Take right sticker and label verify label sheet from label room
Keep workstations, equipment, and surrounding areas clean and organized to meet sanitation and hygiene standards
The use of handheld tools may be required per customer specifications
Ensure all information is complete and accurate
To meet and exceed all work standards based on policies, practices and procedures
Send inquiry emails and to do list in timely manner
Stay with your line overtime if require
Communicate accurately with line leader, input driver, label room clerk,



quality inspector, allocator etc.
Perform cleaning and other duties as assigned in a Greenhouse environment
Maybe asked to complete other duties based on skills and qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Follow all safety, quality, and production requirements for either the packhouse or greenhouse environments, including wearing the proper Personal Protective Equipment, (PPE)
Ability to communicate effectively (written/oral and spoken) in English
Strong understanding of production needs of produce (i.e. cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers and eggplant)
Time management: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
Professional and positive attitude
Physical Abilities: Must be able to sit, stand, and/or walk for extended periods of time
Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with body, arms, and/or legs
Must be able to lift material regularly up to 14 kg / 30 lbs; and occasionally up to 23 kg / 50lbs
Must be able to climb stairs and stand on feet for an extended period of time
Must be able to work in a temperature-controlled environment of approximately 13 ˚C / 55 ˚F for packhouse environment




Must be able to work in a temperature-controlled environment of approximately 21°C – 28°C (70°F – 82°F)
Ability to work in a greenhouse environment with live plants, including exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and natural elements
Must be comfortable working in close proximity to pollination bees and other beneficial insects
