The expectedsalary for this role is$50,000.00 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

About the opportunity… As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position is responsible for performing a variety of activities in support of checking in service vehicles. Specifically:




Greet and welcome customers upon arrival to dealership; direct customers to parking and dealership facility, and/or offer valet parking
Tag and Spot check vehicles upon arrival to the dealership; walk-around inspection for damage, tire condition, windshield wipers, et cetera
Extract workshop codes from service data in instrument cluster.
Ensure that service drive-thru remains uncongested and vehicles are flowing through orderly and timely
Participate in the retrieval and delivery of customer vehicles, as required
Perform vehicle inspections to ensure sufficient levels of fuel; refuel vehicles prior to customer delivery
Perform daily inspection of Service lot for unlocked vehicles and lot security
About you… Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience with customer service, including:
1 to 2 years of proven experience in aservice drive-thru
Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience
ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
Driver's License and clean Drivers Abstract
ability to adapt to a changing workplace and meet deadlines
ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
robust attention to detail, organized and strategic
ability to maintain professionalism




ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
