Bethany Harvest Hills is seeking a Health Care Aide in Calgary to provide dedicated support to our residents. This part-time role centers on promoting dignity and independence in care.

In this position, you will assist with various daily activities for residents while ensuring a safe and responsive setting. The Health Care Aide role involves teamwork, proactive learning, and comprehensive care documentation. You will work closely with nurses and other specialists to meet the holistic needs of residents.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate daily living activities for residents
• Accurately document care and observations
• Support safety measures and health protocols
• Participate in team evaluations of resident care

Requirements:
• Completed grade 10 and Health Care Aide certification
• Registered with the College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta
• Preferred experience not mandatory
• Effective communication skills in English
• Capacity to work in challenging environments
