About the Role Our client is looking for a proactive and experienced Retail Sales Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead a team of sales associates at their store in Kimberley. This position involves driving sales performance, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining store standards. You will act as a key support to the store manager, stepping in during their absence and providing guidance to the team on the floor. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, enjoys motivating others, and has a solid understanding of retail sales dynamics within the Northern Cape.
Key Responsibilities Supervise and coach sales associates to achieve individual and store sales targets.
Assist in opening and closing the store, ensuring all procedures are followed correctly.
Monitor sales floor activity, engage with customers, and resolve escalated customer issues.
Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained and products are displayed effectively.
Manage inventory, including receiving stock and conducting regular stock takes.




Provide feedback to management on team performance, sales trends, and customer feedback.
Requirements Proven experience in a retail sales role, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer service, and store operations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings, to support this hybrid role.
