This position will be working within the Infrastructure Services Department and support Workspace Planning - creating spaces that support the work of the Corporation.
What will you do?
Aid with workspace assessments by completing project documentation and liaising with business partners
Assist in stakeholder relations and functional program creation
Assist with office furniture management by tracking furniture requests, preparing requests for quotations and attending site meetings
Design support through space planning, interior design, and furniture layouts
Assist with workspace booking system and requests for changes
Assist with vendor and contract management
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in an architectural design technology, interior design, urban planning or related post secondary diploma co-op program. Other education programs with a work experience component may also be considered
Assets:
Experience using Google Workspace applications or equivalent applications
Demonstrated ability using AutoCAD and reading architectural plans
Valid Alberta Class 5 driver's license (or provincial equivalent)
Skills required for success:

Ability to take measurements, record data, and take images to provide relevant visual reference for observations and data collected

Hours of Work: 33.75 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Salary Range: $21.388 - $23.854 (Hourly)
