Key Responsibilities Analyze grid capacity, stability, and interconnection requirements for renewable energy projects.
Develop technical specifications and methodologies for the safe and efficient integration of distributed energy resources (DERs).
Collaborate with grid operators, utilities, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with interconnection standards and protocols.
Design and evaluate power system studies, including stability analysis, fault studies, and harmonic distortion assessments.




Provide technical guidance and support to project development teams throughout the lifecycle of renewable energy projects.
Stay informed about evolving grid technologies, standards, and best practices in renewable energy integration.
Requirements Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Systems or Grid Integration.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in power system analysis, grid connection studies, or renewable energy integration.
In-depth knowledge of power system dynamics, control theory, and grid codes.
Proficiency with power system simulation software (e.g., PSS/E, PSCAD, ETAP).
Robust understanding of renewable energy technologies and their impact on grid stability.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team.
