Front End Supervisor
The Front End Supervisor plays a key leadership role in supporting the Front End Manager and guiding the Front End and Admin teams. This position is responsible for helping ensure that all front-end operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with Pete's Frootique & Fine Foods' commitment to exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

In this role, you will help maintain high standards across customer service, cash handling, food safety (where applicable), and overall front-end procedures. You will work closely with team members to support daily operations, encourage high performance, and contribute to a positive and productive work workplace.

The Front End Supervisor shares responsibility for the overall effectiveness and success of the Front End, helping to ensure both customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Front End Manager in overseeing daily front-end and administrative operations

Ensure consistent delivery of outstanding customer service at all times

Maintain accuracy and efficiency in cash handling and related procedures

Help enforce company policies, procedures, and operational standards

Provide guidance, support, and informal leadership to Front End and Admin team members

Assist in training and development of team members to support performance and growth





Help resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively

Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment

Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
