Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support
• Administer user accounts in Microsoft 365 and Azure
• Maintain system and process documentation
• Work with senior IT staff on advanced issues
• Manage service requests via a centralized ticketing system
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years in IT support or equivalent
• Competency in Microsoft 365 administration
• Knowledge of Windows and macOS systems
• Experience with ITSM or ticketing systems
