This permanent position reports to the Manager of Employee Relations and focuses on conducting in-depth research and analysis to enhance collective bargaining strategies. Your role includes supporting mediation efforts, managing grievances, and preparing necessary training materials. Collaboration with unions and understanding labor laws will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct critical research for collective bargaining support
• Monitor and analyze labor legislation impacts




• Develop concise briefings and reports for presentations
• Assist in grievance management and mediation
• Maintain databases related to employee relations

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field
• Thorough understanding of labor relations
• Experience with negotiation and mediation
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
