Thesuccessful candidate is passionate about delivering quality service and enjoysbringing clarity to confusion. Possesses excellent analytical, communication,and negotiation skills, along with an understanding of property insurancepolicies and regulations. It is essential to maintain strong relationships,ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering repeated business andreferrals.





KeyResponsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive investigations, including sitevisits, interviews, and documentation reviews, to evaluate insuranceclaims.

Analyze insurance policies to determine coverage andapplicable limits.

Collaborate with field experts, contractors, and otherrelevant parties to assess property damage and estimate repair costs.

Negotiate claim settlements and manage denials whennecessary, demonstrating a sense of urgency and responsiveness.

Prepare detailed and comprehensive reports outlininginvestigation findings, damage assessments, and maintain accurate recordsof claims.

Effectively manage a diverse portfolio of claim files,including those involving large clients and complex cases.

Qualifications:

Adjuster license level 2 or 3 or CIP designation is and asset

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalentwork experience is an asset.

Proven experience in construction and/or buildingknowledge is an asset.

Experience with Xactimate is an asset

Proficient in MS Office (OneDrive, Word, Excel)

Eagerness to learn and excel in a diverse andinteresting field.

Sense of urgency and high responsiveness.

Solid interpersonal skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills, witheffective oral capabilities encompassing listening, interviewing, andnegotiating.
