Our client is seeking a specialized Mechanical Engineer with expertise in HVAC systems to join their team in Kimberley . This hybrid role offers a blend of in office project management and remote design capabilities, allowing for flexibility and efficient project execution. You will be responsible for the design, installation, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for various commercial and industrial projects. Key Responsibilities Design and engineer HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, and residential buildings.
Conduct load calculations, energy modeling, and system performance analysis.
Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and equipment schedules.
Oversee the installation and commissioning of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with design intent.




Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system issues, providing technical support and recommendations.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines throughout project lifecycles.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
4+ years of experience specifically in HVAC system design and application.
Proficiency in HVAC design software (e.g., Revit MEP, AutoCAD) and relevant codes.
Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and building science principles.
Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, suited for a hybrid work arrangement in Kimberley.
