In this role, you will help drive alignment, influence decision-making, and guide analysis activities across strategic initiatives. **You will be responsible for:*** Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting workforce management requirements, system rules, operational practices, and business objectives.* Translating collective agreements, labour policies, and operational scenarios into transparent, structured, and testable functional requirements.* Leading discovery sessions, workshops, and fit-gap analyses with stakeholders, SMEs, Payroll, and Operations teams to guide solution design and configuration decisions.* Partnering with the Product Owner and key business stakeholders to evaluate options and assess impacts on compliance, payroll, operations, and system capabilities.* Designing and supporting pay-impact test scenarios, parallel payroll validation, and end-to-end traceability from labour rules to system configuration and outcomes.* Supporting phased deployments by ensuring functional readiness, capturing lessons learned, and facilitating knowledge transfer to operational teams.* Analyzing system data and behavior to validate requirements,
