Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee bid procurement and manage estimating processes
• Develop accurate project budgets and estimates
• Review and interpret drawings and tender documents
• Negotiate subcontractor pricing and contracts




• Maintain pricing databases for future referential use

Requirements:
• 5-10 years of relevant estimating experience
• Deep understanding of estimating strategies and construction contracts
• Familiarity with CostX or BlueBeam software
