How You’ll Make an Impact: The Corporate Affairs Producer is responsible for creating highly engaging video content and contributing to the growth of Fidelity Canada’s webcast, podcast and social media channels. With the expanding and evolving Fidelity Canada content ecosystem in which interactive video content in driving engagement, the Corporate Affairs Producer will identify video content opportunities based on market research, develop specific video content guidelines for each channel, and build out a library of video content for various audiences. The Corporate Affairs Producer will leverage existing video content to produce engaging short video content and produce new video content from ideation to publication. Using best-in-class editing and animation technologies and capabilities, the Corporate Affairs Producer will be a key member in delighting our community on webcast, podcast and social media channels and continuously improving their experience and engagement.
Key Accountabilities Maximize existing video content and create short videos for social media channels
Create new channel specific video content
Create Fidelity Funds videos
Develop video-editing guidelines and best-in-class capabilities
Support employee advocacy initiatives
Support growth of Fidelity Canada webcasts, podcasts and social media programs

What We Are Looking For: Experience At least 3 years of experience with content creation and management, talent management and project management
Education University degree or equivalent work experience
Post-secondary degree in communications, informational technology, social or digital media

Total Rewards That Reflect Your Impact Base Salary and discretionary Performance Bonus: Total annual cash compensation (base salary plus target bonus) ranges from $99,000 to $135,000 based on experience and qualifications
