Role: DevOps Support

Job Description
We are seeking a Full Time DevOps Support professional with strong experience in application deployments, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, production support, monitoring, automation, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will support development and operations teams while driving reliability and operational excellence

Key Responsibilities

Support application deployments, releases, hotfixes, and production implementations

Monitor application, server, and infrastructure health

Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and reduce MTTR

Automate operational tasks, validation checks, and routine support activities

Provide DevTools and CI/CD pipeline support to development and operations teams

Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and release management teams

Maintain operational documentation, knowledge repositories, and onboarding materials

Support monitoring, patching,



certificate renewals, and platform maintenance

Drive continuous improvement, automation, reliability, and operational excellence

Troubleshoot cloud virtual machines across OpenStack, Cloudify, AWS, Azure, Bluemix, and Google Cloud

Support cloud infrastructure provisioning automation and scripting

Deliver changes across development, test, and production environments

Required Skills

Strong DevOps and production support experience

Hands-on CI/CD and cloud infrastructure experience

Strong Bash, Python, PowerShell, and YAML scripting skills

Experience with AWS and Azure cloud environments

Knowledge of Azure services and cloud infrastructure fundamentals

Experience with OpenStack and Cloudify is preferred

Solid troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis skills

Experience supporting production deployments and releases
