Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee coordination of nursing services for residents
• Lead daily shift reports within the health care team
• Document changes in residents’ conditions according to policy




• Efficiently process and communicate physician orders
• Report any challenges in order processing to leadership

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is mandatory
• Registration in valuable standing with provincial authorities
• Familiarity with long-term care regulations and acts
• Experience in geriatrics, rehabilitation, or nursing administration
• Strong commitment to ethical nursing practices
