This position requires a strong analytical mindset and a deep understanding of total rewards strategies in the South African context.
Key Responsibilities Develop and administer compensation strategies, including salary structures, job grading, and incentive programs.
Manage the employee perks portfolio, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
Conduct market research and analyze compensation and benefits trends to ensure competitiveness.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.




Prepare reports and presentations on compensation and benefits data for management.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration.
