Working under the Residential & Recovery Team Leader, you will assess and implement care plans, utilizing your knowledge of psychosocial rehabilitation and psychiatric medications effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on patient assessments and care planning
• Implement individualized care strategies
• Administer and observe medication effects
• Involve families in care discussions
• Provide continuous support during client interactions

Requirements:
• Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives
• Completion of necessary nursing courses
• Minimum three years' experience in mental health care
• Class V BC Driver's License required
• Effective communication and organizational skills
