Hillel Lodge is looking for a motivated full time Recreation Assistant to deliver dynamic recreational programs. This permanent, unionized position involves careful planning, implementing engaging activities, and evaluating their effectiveness based on residents' feedback and needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and conduct resident engagement activities
• Adapt programs to meet diverse resident needs
• Document all aspects of activity delivery




• Collaborate with staff and families to enhance care
• Ensure recreational spaces and equipment are properly managed

Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in Therapeutic Recreation preferred
• Prior experience with elderly populations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of relevant software systems
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in teams
