The ideal candidate will have over five years of agency recruitment experience and a solid grasp of using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and contemporary ATS platforms. You will conduct in-depth interviews to understand candidates’ technical skills and career goals while managing their journey through the interview process and offer stages. Building long-term relationships with candidates and client organizations is critical.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify top talent for contract and permanent I.T. roles
• Conduct detailed assessments of candidates' skills and motivations




• Oversee negotiations and successfully close candidates
• Establish lasting relationships with professionals and referrals
• Partner with Account Managers for a explicit understanding of needs

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of agency recruitment experience
• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools
• Strong knowledge of technology and I.T. structures
