Shape equity and inclusion strategies at the University of Manitoba as the Equity, Access & Participation Specialist. Focus on research, training, and community partnership development in this full time role. As part of the Rady Faculty of Health Sciences, you will serve as an Equity, Access & Participation Specialist.
This permanent position requires a minimum of four years of experience in related fields and a degree in Social Justice, Community Development, or a similar area. You will develop and evaluate policies, programs, and educational resources. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead regular reviews of equity frameworks and policies
- Develop culturally appropriate training and workshops
- Manage detailed project work plans and budgets
- Foster stakeholder relationships for effective engagement
- Analyze and report on equity metrics and outcomes Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline
- Minimum of four years of administrative experience
- Solid understanding of equity, diversity, and inclusion dynamics
- Strong communication and organizational skills
