We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a friendly and supportive nursery team in Farnham, providing high-quality care and education to children in a nurturing and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children, working closely with the nursery team to create a protected, stimulating and engaging learning environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities
- Supporting children's learning and development
- Observing and recording children's progress
- Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
- Maintaining a safe, healthy and welcoming environment
- Following safeguarding and nursery policies and procedures
- Using your early years knowledge and experience to support each child's individual needs

Required Skills & Experience

To be successful in this Nursery Practitioner role in Farnham, you will need:
- Previous nursery or early years experience
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education
- A genuine passion for working with children
- A caring, patient and positive approach




- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to create a fun, engaging and supportive environment
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare
