Our client is looking for a Receptionist to join their team in October to help cover a vacation leave. Perfect person for this role has Jane App experience, previous reception experience, and a professional demeanor.

What's in it for you:$24.00 hourly

Contract duration: October 9th - October 22nd

Schedule: 7.5 hours daily, Monday to Friday in-office

Location: North Vancouver, transit accessible

Responsibilities

- Answering the phones, forwarding calls, taking messages, and providing customer service
- Greeting incoming clients and setting them up in meeting rooms
- Managing the email inbox
- Booking appointments and managing the calendars in Jane App

Requirements

- Strong working knowledge of Jane App
- 2+ years of experience as a Receptionist
- Any administrative experience will be considered an asset
- Availability for the full contract duration
- Fluency with MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
