About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned Regional Operations Manager to oversee and optimize operations across multiple sites within the Kimberley region. This key leadership role involves setting operational goals, driving performance improvements, and managing a team of operational staff to ensure consistent service delivery and efficiency. You will be instrumental in translating business strategy into effective operational execution across your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a senior operational leadership role, preferably with regional oversight.

- Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and execution.
- Experience in budget management and financial oversight.
