The Registered

Nurse will assess and deliver nursing care tailored to each newborn's needs in a rapid-paced NICU. With a commitment to trauma-informed and culturally safe care, you will work alongside interdisciplinary teams, advocating for individualized nursing plans and family support throughout the newborn’s journey. Key Responsibilities:

- Assess and document patient health status
- Collaborate on developing patient care plans
- Provide family education and support
- Execute emergency interventions when necessary
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Requirements:
- Current registration as an RN or RPN in BC
- Minimum two years’ experience in maternity or neonatology
- Certification in neonatal resuscitation
- Strong team collaboration and communication abilities
