- Assess and document client health and risk factors
- Administer medications and provide wound care
- Use motivational interviewing techniques to aid recovery

- Mentor students while promoting evidence-based practice Requirements:
- Must be registered as RPN with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- B.C.L.S. (CPR) certification required
- Experience with mental health and addictions preferred
- Strong communication and leadership capabilities
