Provides execution-level support for vendor coordination and production intake and serves as the cross-trained backup for specialized graphic-creation work (e.g., sponsor logos and platform assets). The graphic-creation backup element is an explicit, required part of this role — it protects a capability currently concentrated with the Vendor Operations Lead and removes single-person dependency.
Position Responsibilities Vendor Coordination & Intake — manage day-to-day production intake, route work, track vendor outputs and timelines, and flag issues for escalation.
Graphic Creation Backup (Required) — designated cross-trained backup for sponsor graphic assets; manage logo intake/cleanup and produce graphic outputs to brand standards.
Required Qualifications Experience in coordination, vendor support, or operations execution roles.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Working knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent) is required to serve as the graphic-creation backup — a firm requirement, not optional.
Exposure to vendor-based or production environments preferred.
Preferred Qualifications Intake and vendor coordination tools (OOS/SPD, Toppan Merrill);
Graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent).
P&P; INDUSTRY PREREQUISITES & OPERATING PRINCIPLES Industry Knowledge Print/Post foundations, finance & job-costing, materials & inventory, data/billing/reconciliation, compliance & data privacy, digital adoption, continuity & backup, and SLA & delivery performance— calibrated to the role’s domain.
No Touch Workflow — a bias toward automation; minimize manual handling, assembly, and rework.
Digital First, not Digital Only — we print what is Required and Requested — challenge unnecessary print while respecting customer, business, and regulatory needs.
Assertive & Proactive — anticipate risk, prepare for peak and exception scenarios, and drive issues to resolution rather than waiting for escalation.
Sound Judgment & Disciplined Escalation — raise issues and ideas early with full justification and a thought-through recommendation; align through the appropriate decision forum before action.
The role being advertised is an existing vacancy.
