Lead the way in hospitality at CMH Heli-Skiing as Assistant Lodge Manager, located in a breathtaking remote lodge near Revelstoke, BC. This seasonal role focuses on guest satisfaction and team dynamics.

You'll provide essential support to the Lodge Manager while engaging guests and leading a vibrant team. Your responsibilities will span a variety of administrative tasks, schedule management, and direct staff coaching to ensure a seamless hospitality experience. Enjoy a two-week on, one-week off work schedule with on-shift accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on administrative tasks for hospitality and F&B;
• Communicate with supervisors and area management staff
• Coach and mentor lodge staff for optimal performance
• Be the main point of contact for guest interactions
• Track lodge inventory and manage staff scheduling

Requirements:
• Education in hospitality or related field
• At least 2 years of leadership experience
• Food Protected certification is required
• Level 1 Occupational First Aid or equivalent
• Experience with Point of Sale systems preferred
