This is an entry level position suitable for anyone with an aptitude for reviewing computer-based training and blended training solutions. We develop high quality training solutions for clients across the Aerospace and Defence industry. This position requires an individual with attention to detail, a focus on continuous improvement opportunities, and the ability to work with a multi-disciplinary project team. Responsibilities Review learning content for alignment and adherence to Style/Design Guides.
Identify grammatical issues, punctuation errors, spelling mistakes and make suggestions to ensure better readability.
Functionality and usability testing of courseware and product at various stages of the project life cycle.
Create, maintain and execute quality test cases to ensure adherence to project standards.
Maintain and use quality control tools and environments.
Ensure quality reviews and testing are completed within project deadlines.
Make recommendations to Quality Manager about ways to improve internal processes.
Cooperate and liaise with instructional designers, subject matter experts, multimedia developers, project managers, etc.
Provide manager with regular status updates and identify/report potential risks and issues.
Provide inputs for continuous improvement and maintain the Quality Management System.
Other related duties as assigned by the Quality Manager.
Qualifications Proficiency with MS Office Suite is required.
Ability to obtain a Government of Canada security clearance is required.
Aptitude for detail and accuracy is required.




Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with multiple deadlines is required.
Nice to Have: Degree and/or diploma in related field.
Certificates in Quality/Continuous Improvement or similar.
Editing and proofreading experience.
ISO 9001 Quality Management System experience.
Testing (e‑Learning and/or software) experience.
Experience in e‑Learning and LMS environments.
Bilingual capabilities in English and French.
