Become a vital part of S&R; Group as a Dietitian, delivering essential nutrition care in long-term settings both in-person and remotely. Focus on enhancing the well-being of residents through tailored nutritional strategies.

As a full time Dietitian, you’ll work in Kitchener and Cambridge, maintaining a monthly minimum of 30 minutes per resident. Your expertise will guide nutritional assessments, dietary modifications, and health education for residents and families, while collaborating with a dynamic health care team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and evaluate residents’ nutrition and hydration
• Complete timely assessments and assist during admissions
• Develop and adapt nutrition care plans collaboratively




• Lead training sessions for dietary staff
• Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:
• Registration in good standing with the College of Dietitians of Ontario
• At least two years of experience in long term care
• Clear Vulnerable Sector Screen
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities and leadership
