As part of Sanctum’s dedicated team, your responsibilities include delivering comprehensive nursing care and managing client needs within a trauma-informed framework. You will lead home support staff and work collaboratively to create personalized care plans for clients facing multifaceted challenges. This full-time role offers Monday to Friday shifts, ideal for focused, high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead care for clients living with HIV
• Administer medications and ensure accuracy
• Document care plans and weekly summaries
• Engage in effective communication with healthcare providers
• Offer compassionate end-of-life palliative support
Requirements:
• Degree in nursing and active Saskatchewan RN license
• Experience in addiction medicine is a plus
• Robust leadership and communication skills required
• Ability to work with vulnerable populations strongly preferred
• Knowledge of trauma-informed practices valued
