About the Role
The Summit Grill at Best Western Plus Valemount is looking for a Cook who is passionate about food, enjoys working as part of a team, and takes pride in creating quality meals for guests.

Whether you have previous kitchen experience or are eager to develop your culinary skills, we are looking for individuals who bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, creativity, and a willingness to learn. We value team members who are open to new ideas and committed to delivering excellent hospitality.

What You'll Do

Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards

Assist with food preparation for daily service





Maintain proper food handling and food safety standards

Support breakfast, lunch, and dinner service as required

Assist with inventory organization and stock rotation

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen

Assist with dishwashing when required

Support sanitation and cleaning procedures throughout the kitchen

Assist with kitchen organization and storage areas

Work collaboratively with fellow kitchen and restaurant team members

Contribute ideas to improve efficiency, menu offerings, and guest satisfaction
