In this full-time role, you will manage business systems by tracking issues and resolving them while documenting processes and requirements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will ensure that technology solutions align with organizational goals. Your analytical skills will support the development and testing of enhancements that enhance business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine business needs
• Document process models, use cases, and requirements
• Validate test cases and assist in testing efforts




• Facilitate communication between IT and business teams
• Manage multiple business functions throughout project phases

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of Business Systems Analyst experience
• Expertise in pension systems and Azure Cloud technologies
• Proficiency in SQL Server and Oracle Database
• Understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Solid analytical and communication skills
