Become a vital part of Cencora as a Remote Field & Infusion Nurse (RPN/LPN). Your role will focus on delivering critical infusion services and patient education to improve healthcare outcomes.

This full-time position will support Cencora’s patient engagement through Innomar Strategies. Responsibilities include administering treatments, monitoring post-infusion reactions, and managing care coordination across teams. Successful candidates must exhibit robust communication skills and a commitment to patient-centric practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer medications in home and clinic environments
• Monitor patients during infusions and document care
• Educate clients on medication management and care




• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal service
• Participate in professional development and compliance training

Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
• Current provincial nursing license required
• Experience with IV therapy is advantageous
• Flexible to travel within geographical boundaries
