Post-training, participants will gain 45 hours of practical plowing experience under expert supervision. This spare role lacks guaranteed hours but offers exciting opportunities for overtime and consistent pay.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate plows and graders for snow removal tasks
• Perform inspections and maintenance on equipment
• Keep accurate daily logs and reports
• Assist with road traffic control and repairs
• Maintain high safety standards in operations

Requirements:
• Minimum two years of experience or suitable education
• Class III license with air brake endorsement required
• Mechanical skills are beneficial
