Working directly under the Program Manager, you will assist with a range of daily living activities and ensure that care plans are followed accurately. This role requires a solid commitment to ethics and dignity, making a difference in the lives of those with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in basic daily activities like bathing and feeding
• Track progress and complete care documentation
• Prepare and serve meals, manage groceries
• Administer medications in accordance with policy
• Organize recreational activities for guests

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of related experience required
• BC Care Aide Registration and Care Aide Certificate
• First Aid Level 1 and Food Safe certification needed
• Must complete Naloxone and Crisis Intervention training
• Criminal Record Clearance for working with Vulnerable Sector
