Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately apply customer payments to accounts
• Investigate and resolve payment disputes and discrepancies
• Match payments to invoices through portals and bank data
• Support month-end closing activities and reconciliations
• Respond to payment-related inquiries professionally

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of two years in cash applications or AR
• Robust Excel skills and experience with JD Edwards is a plus
• Excellent communication abilities
• Detail-oriented and accountable mindset
