Join Mohawk College as a Health Sciences Simulation Operator. This part-time, casual role is based entirely on-site and crucial for educational development from October 2026 until March 2027.

This position involves up to 24 hours of weekly commitment, managing simulation equipment and assisting with clinical training. You will enable nursing students to practice skills through hands-on experiences with sophisticated simulation technologies in a safe learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and operate high-fidelity mannequins for scenarios
• Perform technical checks and maintain equipment functionality
• Provide support to faculty and students during simulations




• Organize supplies for simulation settings and clean labs post-session
• Document equipment needs and submit requests for supplies

Requirements:
• Registered Nurse or Allied Health Skilled with a degree
• Five years of relevant healthcare experience required
• Expertise in simulation processes and equipment
• Excellent organizational and public speaking skills
• Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion principles
