As an Experienced Counterperson, you will play a vital role in maintaining customer relationships while assisting with parts orders. This permanent position is tailored for individuals with a passion for automotive service and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers and efficiently processing orders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer assistance both in-person and via phone
• Process inquiries using automotive knowledge and company tools
• Complete and organize warranty paperwork correctly




• Maintain a neat and orderly store workplace

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years experience in automotive parts service
• Valid G Driver’s license with a clean abstract preferable
• Proficient in basic computer usage, including MS Office
• Strong mathematical abilities for accurate order handling
• Capacity to consistently lift weights between 10 lbs and 50 lbs
