Key Responsibilities:
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently for members

• Resolve service inquiries and streamline operations
• Follow policies and procedures diligently
• Conduct daily cash balancing and audits

Requirements:
• Must have completed Grade 12 or equivalent
• Prior experience in customer service or cash handling is an asset
• Proficiency with MS Office is preferred
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
