Canonical seeks an experienced Senior HR Generalist for the Americas region. This mid-senior level role encompasses leading HR operations and guiding employee interventions across diverse locations. You will play a crucial role in developing a high-performing culture and engaging with leadership on pivotal HR matters.
Key Responsibilities: • Deliver precise HR operations with compliance and accuracy • Partner with HR leadership to drive regional initiatives • Facilitate talent development, succession planning,
and performance assessments • Advise managers on employee engagement and workforce planning • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization
Requirements: • Proven HR experience in technology sectors across regions • Knowledge of Latin American labor laws, particularly in Brazil and Mexico • Solid project management and analytical skills • Fluency in business English • Available to travel up to four times a year
