As a Host at Fit4Less, you will be at the forefront of delivering a friendly and clean setting for all. This position includes maintaining cleanliness standards while assisting members with their inquiries regarding memberships and amenities. Your role is pivotal in fostering a community atmosphere that embodies the Fit4Less brand.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute daily cleaning tasks to meet established standards
• Engage members with a warm and helpful demeanor
• Provide guidance on membership and club usage
• Educate guests about amenities and membership opportunities
• Report and address cleanliness or service issues promptly
Requirements:
• High school diploma or in progress
• 1 year of experience in teamwork or volunteering
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• WHMIS certification needed
• First Aid, CPR-A & AED certification mandatory
