Providence Health Care (PHC) is seeking Dietitians to join our interdisciplinary care teams, applying evidence-based renal nutrition expertise at Community Dialysis Units. You will support recovery, wellness, and quality of life for patients living with chronic kidney disease while contributing to education, quality improvement, and research in a leading health care setting.
This is a 0.6 FTE position, with coverage at North Shore and East Vancouver dialysis units, onsite at St Paul’s
