We are looking for an experienced Landscape Crew Lead to join our growing team. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who can lead a crew, deliver high-quality work, and represent our company professionally on-site.

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and lead a small crew while actively performing landscaping services
- Motivate, coach, and mentor team members to ensure high performance
- Complete daily jobs efficiently and to company standards
- Communicate with clients in office and address questions or concerns
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company procedures
- Prepare weekly reports on completed jobs and team performance
- Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding new crew members

Requirements





- Minimum 1–2 years of landscaping experience (required)
- Previous leadership or crew lead experience (preferred)
- Valid driver's license (required)
- Must have reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
- Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical labour daily
- Willingness to work occasional paid overtime

Compensation

- $25–$30 per hour, based on experience
