CIMT College is hiring an Instructor for its PSW Clinical Program in Sudbury, Ontario. This role includes supervising students and delivering quality education based on established curriculum.

As an Instructor, your focus will be on facilitating hands-on training in the PSW field. You’ll employ various instructional strategies to accommodate diverse students' needs while ensuring evaluations meet program standards. Maintaining professional conduct and fostering a supportive setting are critical to the success of this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver curriculum using instructor manuals
• Assess student work and provide constructive feedback
• Facilitate diverse teaching methods including group projects




• Maintain clear attendance and classroom records
• Resolve student complaints professionally and promptly

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years experience as PSW/RN/RPN
• PSW certification and NACC certification required
• Valid clearance on TB testing and Vulnerable Sector Check
• Preferably experienced in long-term care or clinical settings
• Comply with Ontario Career Colleges instructor standards
