We need someone who can plan, launch, optimize, and report paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube), Meta (Facebook + Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube. You will own [monthly budget, e.g. $X-$Y] and be accountable for [leads / purchases / pipeline / ROAS].

What you’ll do

Build and manage campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and YouTube/Demand Gen

Set up tracking: pixels, Conversions API, Google tag / GA4, LinkedIn Insight Tag

Define audiences (search intent, lookalikes, retargeting, job-title/company targeting on LinkedIn)

Test creatives and offers; work with design/copy or produce simple ads yourself

Optimize for CPA, ROAS, pipeline quality, or other agreed KPIs

Report weekly/monthly with clear recommendations, not just screenshots

Stay current on platform policy and algorithm changes

Qualifications
Must-haves





[2-5]+ years hands-on paid media, not just organic social

Proven work in at least 3 of these 4 : Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads

Case studies with real numbers (spend managed, CPA/ROAS, before vs after)

Comfortable with GA4 and conversion tracking

Solid written English for ads, landing-page briefs, and reports

Google Ads certifications (Search + Video/YouTube + Measurement)

Meta Blueprint Media Buying Professional

LinkedIn Advertising / Marketing Labs certification
